              Good day, I brought my 2012 GMC 1500...

              Good day, I brought my 2012 GMC 1500 Sierra in for tire rotation. I was actually going to make a appointment for the next day but I was told that was not needed and I was down the road with rotated tires within a hour! I am actually making a road trip in the next couple of days so this worked out perfectly. I have had noteworthy service from the time I purchased the vehicle from Manni a year ago! When I need new tires, I will be right there to get them! Best regards and many blessings, Mike Daley

              Brought in our 2012 Cadillac for its first factory maintenance visit. We dealt with a Mr. Jeff Quinn, who was extremely helpful and courteous and made our visit a very pleasant experience. The servicing was done expeditiously, and our wait was surprisingly brief.

              Service Manager---Albert--- a Trent ASSET and a PLEASURE to work with. He listens intently and zeros in on the problem, then backs it up if not fixed correctly. I have highly recommended him to my friends.

              I had a very good experience with Trent Cadillac Buick GMC. They have the cheapest tires around to me, and the customer service there is extremely nice, and the service department and parts department is very helpful and quick with helping. thank you for the experience

              In 2009 I visited Trent and purchased a GMC Sierra. Thomas Farrow was the sales representative at the time. Thomas did a fine job. Since then I have used the service department twice and found them to be competitant mechanics not parts changers and that is why I returned when we needed to replace our Buick Rendezvous. We contacted Thomas again who was every bit a gentelman, knowledgeable a bouit his product and a pleasure to work with in the purchase of the new vehicle. I would recomment, their service department an certainly Thomas.

              Paul Hewson always takes care of business....

              Paul Hewson always takes care of business. I needed my car back in a short period of time. He told me when it would be ready, and it was ready at that time. A phone call was made to me letting me know I can pick it up. The bill was not as much as I anticipated. Thanks for giving me the edge. KB

              Have been dealing with Trent for 15 years....

              Have been dealing with Trent for 15 years. The salesman are great, the service is excellent, the accounting people are super and all in all this is a great dealership. Some of my favorites are Tom, Albert, Jimmy and Carolyn.
