Good day, I brought my 2012 GMC 1500...
Good day, I brought my 2012 GMC 1500 Sierra in for tire rotation. I was actually going to make a appointment for the next day but I was told that was not needed and I was down the road with rotated tires within a hour! I am actually making a road trip in the next couple of days so this worked out perfectly. I have had noteworthy service from the time I purchased the vehicle from Manni a year ago! Brought in our 2012 Cadillac for its first factory maintenance visit. We dealt with a Mr. Jeff Quinn, who was extremely helpful and courteous and made our visit a very pleasant experience. The servicing was done expeditiously, and our wait was surprisingly brief.

In 2009 I visited Trent and purchased a GMC Sierra. Thomas Farrow was the sales representative at the time. Thomas did a fine job. Since then I have used the service department twice and found them to be competitant mechanics not parts changers and that is why I returned when we needed to replace our Buick Rendezvous. We contacted Thomas again who was every bit a gentelman, knowledgeable a bouit his product and a pleasure to work with in the purchase of the new vehicle. I would recomment, their service department an certainly Thomas.
